This designation recognizes eGroup as having fulfilled the training and program prerequisites to ensure clients that sales and support divisions are uniquely prepared to sell, design, install and support the program-specific technology and products.

These included achieving the Cisco Data Center Networking Infrastructure Specialization and the Cisco Data Center Storage Networking Specialization as well as demonstrating mature competencies in server, storage and virtualization technologies.
Field demonstration in solutions delivery, combined with Customer Satisfaction metrics, were used to ensure eGroup was held to the highest standards in the selection process.
