Immedion Announces Intent to Acquire Integral Solutions Group

Immedion LLC, a South Carolina-based provider of data center, Cloud and managed services, today announced its intent to acquire Integral Solutions Group (ISG), a full-service IT company and data center operator based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The acquisition is expected to close in Q3 2018, subject to customary closing conditions. This announcement comes on the heels of Immedion's latest acquisition in Columbus, Indiana and will bring Immedion to nine data centers in seven markets.
